Overseas disclosure

In the course of our business, we may disclose your information to recipients based in New Zealand in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We have taken reasonable steps to ensure that such overseas recipients do not breach the APPs or are otherwise subject to a law which protects personal information in a manner substantially similar to that of the APPs.
